He is announcing an increase in the rebate to 9% for 15 days, or 135%. For those that see this is a red flag it was actually part of his plan from the day he launched. Just as the maximum upgrade was only $1500 to start and is now $7000, he intended to increase the rebate as the program grew. He was simply letting the program get it's cash flows established and build it's reserves. There will be another change when the program reaches 3500 members.

This change takes effect June 1st. It will apply to all upgrades both new and existing. So if you have an upgrade active it will simply start earning you more starting June 1st.

He is also going to start a holding account system for members money. You will fund the holding account using egold, Alertpay or the Virtual Money Card. Then you will buy advertising using funds in that account.

As you surf your earnings will accumulate in a cash account, and instead of waiting until your upgrade expires you can request a cash out from your cash account on either Tuesday or Friday. However, you will only be allowed one cashout every 7 days. So if you cash out Tuesday you next available cashout will be the following Tuesday.

If you think this sounds like an Alien Trust set up - well you have been paying attention. Lance has talked and visited with Vince at Alien Trust often over the life of Nowdollar.
. However, Lance is still paying out to egold and Alrtpay as well as the VM card, plus he has two payout days.

In conversation he has told me there will be a fee as you fund the holding account of 3 or 4% (he had not decided when we talked) but this was not mentioned in the video cast. Members will get an email shortly explaining the new terms.
